Dear creators,

This is Min-hong Lee, CEO of ACON.

During the revision of our EULA in August 2025, we discovered that there were differences between how we defined license usage and how assets were actually used in the creative production process.

As the CEO, I deeply apologize for not realizing the seriousness of this issue until creators shared their feedback.

We carefully reviewed every message from both creators and sellers.

Although not all opinions could be applied due to conflicts between them, we have done our best to create balanced updates — protecting the rights of sellers while ensuring creators can continue their creation process without confusion.

We truly appreciate your time and valuable feedback despite your busy schedules.

We promise to continue learning from your workflows and listening to your voices.
