A. 에이콘을 방문하고, 상품을 구매해주시는 분들의 트래픽 증가에 반하여, 저희의 인프라 효율화가 충분하지 못하여 발생한 문제로 추정하고 있습니다. 기존 서버의 효율화 작업과 동시에 완전히 새로운 서버에서 더욱 안정적인 서비스 운영이 가능하도록 해결 중입니다. 서비스 이용에 장애가 없도록 시간이 조금 더 걸리더라도 안정적인 이용을 목적으로 복구 중입니다.

Q. 환불은 가능한가요?

A. 서버가 정상적으로 복구되고, 요청해주신 환불 건에 대해 순차적으로 진행할 예정입니다.
